- Audit calls/chats against client quality parameters
- Share feedback and coach agents on improvement areas
- Track quality scores and prepare audit reports
- Flag recurring issues to the Team Leader and client
Who this is for
Prior QA or senior agent experience in a BPO environment, strong attention to detail, and comfortable giving direct feedback.
